Brendan Kissane


Brendan Kissane serves as the President/CEO of Tri Con Holdings. Prior to joining Tri Con Holdings, Brendan was CEO of Drumin Management Advisors. During this time, Brendan has successfully advised and served as an executive at a multitude of companies, in a broad variety of industries, in roles that included: Independent Committee Member, Interim President, CFO, CRO and Business Development.

Robert Bonner


Robert Bonner is construction and maintenance executive with over 25 years of experience developing and executing capital projects for midstream and downstream asset owners in North America. He has a Masters of Engineering in Construction Management, resides in Houston, TX, veteran of the Army Reserves, & has worked for large general contractors and EPC firms. He is a solutions-oriented leader that has a passion for utilizing his strong industrial network of suppliers, contractors, industrial managers, craft, and owners to develop effective teams and strategies to execute successful projects. Robert is an active member of the Engineering and Construction Contracting (ECC) Association, Gulf Coast Economic Alliance, and Association of the Chemical Industry of TX.

Chuck Daniel

Vice President of Operations

Chuck is a highly experienced results-oriented construction executive with over 40 years of success in the petrochemical refining, manufacturing, and power industries. He brings a track record of accomplishments in business development, proposal and estimate development, construction contract development and negotiation, constructability implementation, construction execution planning, turnarounds, safety and compliance management, revenue and profit forecasting, P&L management, and project management. Chuck possesses exceptional leadership, communication and interpersonal skills to build and manage high performing teams and interface with customers, partners, and other stakeholders across organizational levels. He is an adaptable and innovative problem solver who reduces overhead, improves performance and drives profitability.”

Chris Williams

Corporate Controller

Chris Williams serves as Corporate Controller of Tri Con Holdings. Prior to joining Tri Con Holdings, Chris served as Director of Accounting for NorthStar Memorial Group and as Regional Controller for Maxim Crane Works, LP. With more than two decades of experience, Chris has established himself as an innovative, forward-thinking leader with a financial acumen across a broad range of areas. He is driven by his desire to take the organization to the next level and inspire his team to reach their full potential. Chris holds a Bachelor of Science degree in Accounting from Southern University and A&M College in Baton Rouge, Louisiana.

Benito Guerrero

SIPA Project Manager

Benito has extensive knowledge and accountabilities in construction management, constructability, planning, estimating, scheduling, quality control, cost control and safe execution strategies for major construction projects. He is well versed in the up-front loading of major projects and building a positive rapport with engineers, suppliers and clients. He has been in the petrochemical and refinery industries since the early 1990’s in all facets of construction and maintenance, including power plants. We are lucky to have him on our team.

David Cartlidge

Quality Control

David joined the Diamondback Works team in 2018. DJ has extensive experience, Level 3 CWI, in the Petro-Chem, Power Plant and Offshore Oil and Gas Industries. His inspection experience covers materials testing, reinforced and pre-stressed concrete, structural masonry, structural steel, piping, vessels and associated equipment. DJ’s background also includes experience in pipe and steel fabrication, drafting, building hydrotest packages, maintaining weld maps, electronic weld logs and maintaining quality control documents and files. DJ has been a great asset to the Diamondback Works team.
