He brings a track record of accomplishments in business development, proposal and estimate development, construction contract development and negotiation, constructability implementation, construction execution planning, turnarounds, safety and compliance management, revenue and profit forecasting, P&L management, and project management. Chuck possesses exceptional leadership, communication and interpersonal skills to build and manage high performing teams and interface with customers, partners, and other stakeholders across organizational levels. He is an adaptable and innovative problem solver who reduces overhead, improves performance and drives profitability.”

With more than 25 years of experience in accounting and financial management, Sarah Humphries brings a strong combination of strategic insight and operational expertise to her role as Chief Financial Officer. She joined the company in 2006, playing a pivotal role in its growth, and rejoined in 2025 as CFO. Her deep understanding of the organization’s culture, construction practices, and field operations informs her approach to operational accounting and financial strategy.

Throughout her career with the company, Sarah has led key initiatives in project-based accounting, change management, and process improvement, contributing to greater efficiency and sustainable growth. A graduate of the University of Houston, she is dedicated to aligning financial strategies with organizational goals and supporting the company’s continued success.
